Welcome back! There are two ways to schedule an appointment with your preferred provider. You have the option to use the calendar below or sign into your patient portal.
Safer Psychiatry Policies
EPCS guarantees that you will receive the same level of care you’ve always received, all from the safety and comfort of your own home. Please review the following policies to avoid any inconveniences.
- Once your preferred appointment has been confirmed, you have five (5) business days to complete your questionnaire or your appointment will be cancelled.
- Last minute cancellations, 48 hours or less, will cost you $25. Please be sure of your availability before selecting an appointment. Keep in mind there are other individuals seeking treatment.
- At this time, we do not provide services to high complexity patients or prescribe controlled substances. For more information about the services we provide, see the Telehealth Services tab.
- EPCS providers are now able to complete outside documentation (at an additional cost). In accordance with EPCS policy, providers are not permitted to complete documents pertaining to worker's compensation cases, leave of absence or civil lawsuits.
- Log into your Patient Health Record (PHR) at least 10 - 15 minutes before your appointment to ensure your equipment is functional.
